The Journey Begins

If you have not heard of divorce coaching before you are not alone.  I was not familiar with it when I was going through my own divorce and I regret that I didn’t have a coach then.  I would have greatly benefited from assistance and guidance from a divorce coach.  I have spoken with countless other divorcees that have said they also wish they had the benefit of a divorce coach when they were in process of divorcing.   Slowly but surely the field is growing and gaining recognition. It is aptly defined  by the American Bar Association as follows:

“Divorce coaching is a flexible, goal-oriented process designed to support, motivate, and guide people going through divorce to help them make the best possible decisions for their future, based on their particular interests, needs, and concerns.”

I feel wholeheartedly that divorce coaching must be flexible and goal oriented and focused on helping you make the best decisions possible for you personally and with your future in mind.  I specialize in working with women in mid life who are dealing with divorce or separation.  They most often have children and may already be empty nesters.  However, I have worked with people in multiple different stages and phases of their lives and relationships and if I am not a good fit for you I will say so and am happy to offer a referral to someone that may be more suitable for you.  I want what is best for you.  Reach out to me today for support.  I offer a complimentary introductory consultation without any obligation.  You don’t have to make this journey alone.
